You wouldn't believe how cheap massages are here! I have had lots of them and can honestly say, these have been the best by far! Cross between getting beaten to a pulp and having someone put friction burns on your back! Amazing!

I had "cupping" too a few times, it allegedly separates the deeper muscle tissue and is good for circulation, bad thing is that you end up with lots of round bruises on your back like some Alien life form. The massages were about £6 and the cupping £3.50! Compared to about £40 in the UK.

Struggling to feed kids here,everything is stodge in the shops, either sweets or really fatty foods. Pointless going out for dinner as kids wont eat anything so having to go to Mcdonalds and KFC a lot which I hate doing, the kids are so hyper on junk food. Cant even find any basics like ham or cheese they like, nightmare!
